Mechanical Fitter, Mechanical Helper, Rigger Level III & Welder/Fabricator
ANE Contracting Company is currently seeking experienced manpower for an urgent shutdown project in Saudi Arabia. A total of 48 workers are required across four mechanical and industrial job categories. The positions are suitable for candidates who have relevant shutdown experience, can mobilize immediately, and meet the company’s documentation requirements. Since shutdown projects operate under strict schedules, reliable and experienced workers are highly valued to ensure that maintenance, mechanical, lifting, fabrication, and related activities are completed safely and efficiently.
Core Duties & Responsibilities
Mechanical Fitter
Mechanical Fitters will be responsible for carrying out mechanical maintenance, installation, dismantling, alignment, and fitting work according to project requirements. Candidates should be able to work with mechanical components, tools, equipment, and industrial machinery while following safety procedures and instructions from supervisors.
Mechanical Helper
Mechanical Helpers will support fitters and other skilled workers during shutdown activities. Their duties may include arranging tools and materials, assisting with equipment handling, maintaining the work area, and performing general support tasks. Candidates should be physically fit, cooperative, safety-conscious, and willing to work in an industrial environment.
Rigger Level III
Rigger Level III personnel will assist with lifting and material-handling operations. Responsibilities include preparing loads, selecting appropriate lifting accessories, securing equipment, guiding lifting operations, and following established safety procedures. Previous industrial or shutdown experience is preferred.
Welder/Fabricator
Welder/Fabricators will perform welding, fabrication, cutting, fitting, and related metalwork according to project specifications. Candidates should understand welding practices, fabrication procedures, workplace safety requirements, and the proper use of welding equipment and hand tools.
Required Skills & Candidate Profile
Preferred candidates should have practical experience in their respective trades, particularly within industrial, maintenance, construction, or shutdown projects. Applicants must be capable of working safely as part of a team and following instructions from supervisors and site management. Immediate mobilization is required, so candidates should be ready to complete the recruitment process promptly. A valid Iqama is mandatory, and applicants must have the physical Iqama card available. Candidates should also be prepared to present their original passport when visiting the recruitment office.
