Pipe Fitter, Pipe Fabricator & Standby Man/Fire Watch
An urgent manpower requirement is available, for an upcoming project expected to continue for approximately 3 to 4 months. The employer is looking for experienced and suitable candidates for Pipe Fitter, Pipe Fabricator, and Standby Man/Fire Watch positions. Candidates who meet the required documentation criteria should be ready for immediate recruitment and interview. The company will provide FAT (Food, Accommodation, and Transportation) during the project.
Main Responsibilities
Pipe Fitter
Pipe Fitters will be responsible for installing, assembling, dismantling, and maintaining piping systems according to project requirements. The role involves reading basic drawings, measuring and aligning pipes, preparing fittings, using appropriate hand tools, and working safely with other mechanical and construction teams.
Pipe Fabricator
Pipe Fabricators will carry out pipe cutting, fitting, fabrication, and preparation work according to required dimensions and project specifications. Candidates should be familiar with fabrication tools, measurements, pipe components, and safe working practices. Accuracy and practical experience are important for completing fabrication activities efficiently.
Standby Man / Fire Watch
Standby Man/Fire Watch personnel will monitor work areas during hot work and other activities where fire risks may be present. Responsibilities include maintaining continuous observation, identifying potential hazards, keeping fire-fighting equipment readily available, communicating with workers, and following site safety procedures.
Required Skills & Candidate Profile
Applicants should have relevant practical experience in their respective positions and be capable of working safely in an industrial or construction environment. Pipe Fitters and Pipe Fabricators should possess suitable trade experience, while Standby Man/Fire Watch candidates should understand basic fire-prevention and workplace safety procedures. Candidates must have valid employment and identification documents and should be prepared to attend the scheduled interview with their original passport.
