Main Duties & Responsibilities
Helpers may assist with loading and unloading materials, carrying tools and equipment, preparing work areas, supporting skilled trades, and maintaining general housekeeping. They should follow supervisor instructions and work safely around construction activities.
Scaffolders will be involved in erecting, modifying, inspecting, and dismantling scaffolding structures according to project requirements. They must ensure platforms and access arrangements are properly prepared and report unsafe or damaged components immediately.
Rigger Level III workers will prepare and secure loads, inspect lifting accessories, assist with positioning materials, and communicate with crane operators and other lifting personnel. They are expected to follow established lifting procedures, maintain safe working distances, and report any unsafe condition during lifting activities.
Skills, Experience & Eligibility
Applicants should have practical experience relevant to their selected position. Scaffolders should understand safe scaffold erection and dismantling practices, while Rigger Level III candidates should have suitable rigging experience and the ability to handle lifting operations responsibly. Helpers should be physically fit and willing to perform general support duties under supervision.
