Piping Foremen and Leadmen coordinate piping crews and daily activities, while Welding Foremen supervise welding teams and help maintain production and quality requirements.
E&I Foremen oversee electrical and instrumentation work, while Pipe Welders and Multi Welders perform welding activities according to approved procedures. Rigger Foremen coordinate lifting teams, and Rigger Level 3 workers support safe load preparation and lifting operations. Together, these positions form an important workforce for maintaining progress across busy industrial work sites.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Helpers will assist skilled workers with material handling, tool preparation, housekeeping, and general project activities. Scaffolders will erect, modify, inspect, and dismantle scaffolding structures while following applicable safety requirements. Valid TUV certification is required for the scaffolding requirement.
Piping Foremen and Leadmen will supervise piping crews, distribute daily tasks, coordinate materials, monitor installation activities, and communicate progress to project management. Welding Foremen will supervise welders, monitor work quality, coordinate welding activities, and ensure teams follow approved procedures.
E&I Foremen will coordinate electrical and instrumentation activities and supervise assigned workers. Pipe Welders and Multi Welders will perform welding, joint preparation, alignment, and related fabrication activities. Rigger Foremen will coordinate lifting crews, while Rigger Level 3 workers will prepare loads, inspect lifting accessories, and communicate with crane operators during lifting operations.
Skills, Experience & Eligibility
Applicants should have relevant practical experience for their selected position. Supervisory candidates should have the ability to manage manpower, coordinate daily work, and communicate effectively with workers and project supervisors. Welders should have suitable multi-process or pipe-welding experience, while rigging and scaffolding candidates must meet the stated certification requirements.
Candidates should prepare valid Iqama, valid Muqeem, JPG-format photograph, valid passport, and Medical Fitness documentation. For candidates assigned to Jafurah, Employee GOSI is specifically required. All mobilization documents should be submitted as colour copies where requested.
