A Broad Requirement for Industrial Manpower

Understanding the Main Responsibilities

Piping Supervisors and Foremen generally coordinate site crews, monitor work progress, and ensure piping activities follow project specifications and safety procedures. Pipe Fabricators and Pipe Fitters handle fabrication, preparation, fitting, alignment, and installation of piping components. Structural Fitters support structural assembly and related site activities, while Millwright Fitters work with mechanical equipment, installation, alignment, and maintenance tasks.

Coating personnel are responsible for preparing and applying protective coatings to industrial surfaces. Supervisory coating positions involve overseeing coating crews and monitoring work quality. E&I professionals support electrical and instrumentation installation, testing, tubing, cable pulling, and related technical activities.

Riggers assist with lifting and positioning equipment and materials, while specialized Aramco-certified riggers work under the applicable project requirements. WPR Supervisors support work-permit operations and coordination. Scaffolders construct, modify, and dismantle temporary access structures, while helpers provide general assistance to skilled workers and site teams.

Skills, Experience and Eligibility

Applicants should apply according to their actual trade experience and qualifications. Candidates for Aramco-designated positions should possess the relevant Aramco approval or certification required for the assignment. Technical and supervisory applicants should have practical experience in their respective disciplines.
