Rigger Level III (7 Nos)

Industrial and energy projects require highly trained rigging professionals who can handle lifting operations with precision, discipline, and a strong understanding of workplace safety. Riggers play an important role in moving heavy equipment, materials, and structural components safely around demanding project sites. A new urgent hiring opportunity has been announced by DAK Engineering for Aramco-approved Rigger Level III professionals, offering seven positions for candidates who can meet the required verification standards. The role is based at the Riyas NGL site and is offered on a long-term basis.

Why This Rigger Position Matters

A Level III Rigger carries significant responsibility during lifting and material-handling activities. Proper rigging is essential for preventing equipment damage, dropped loads, and workplace accidents. On large industrial projects, riggers work closely with crane operators, lifting supervisors, and other site personnel to ensure that loads are prepared and moved according to approved procedures. Candidates with valid Aramco approval and verifiable documentation are therefore particularly valuable for projects where strict safety and compliance requirements apply.

Duties and Day-to-Day Responsibilities

The selected riggers will be responsible for preparing loads before lifting operations, selecting suitable lifting accessories, checking slings and other rigging equipment, and ensuring that loads are properly secured. They may assist with positioning heavy machinery, pipes, structural materials, and other project components. Riggers must communicate clearly with crane operators and banksmen, follow established hand signals and lifting plans, and maintain a safe working area around lifting operations. Regular inspection of rigging equipment and immediate reporting of damaged or unsafe items will also be an important part of the job.

Because this is an Aramco-approved position, candidates should be familiar with professional lifting practices and site safety procedures rather than relying solely on general rigging experience.

Skills, Experience & Eligibility

Applicants should have relevant experience as a Rigger Level III and hold the required Aramco approval. The recruitment notice specifically states that the Iqama must be valid and match the Aramco verification, making document accuracy an important part of the selection process. Candidates should be physically fit, safety-conscious, and capable of working effectively around cranes, lifting equipment, and industrial operations.

Applicants should verify that their Iqama and supporting documents are current before applying. Since the salary is listed as “After Test,” the final rate is expected to depend on the candidate’s performance during the required assessment.
