Key Responsibilities
Scaffolders will be responsible for erecting, modifying, and dismantling scaffolding systems while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Carpenters will perform formwork, shuttering, and construction-related woodwork according to project specifications. Steel Fixers will cut, bend, and install reinforcement steel as required for structural works. Masons will carry out brickwork, blockwork, plastering, and other masonry-related tasks to maintain construction quality standards. Helpers will assist skilled workers with material handling, site preparation, cleaning, and other support activities. All employees are expected to follow safety procedures, maintain productivity, and perform assigned duties efficiently.
Skills and Knowledge
Applicants should have relevant experience in their respective trades, particularly in construction or industrial projects. Scaffolders must possess an Original TUV certificate and understand scaffold safety requirements. Carpenters, Steel Fixers, and Masons should have practical knowledge of construction techniques, material handling, and site work procedures.
