(مؤسسة فالكوم المتحدة للمقاولات) has announced an urgent recruitment drive for experienced Safety Officers and Civil QC professionals for an ongoing industrial project in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The company is specifically seeking candidates with strong SABIC project experience to ensure high-quality execution, strict safety compliance, and proper quality control standards across project operations. These positions are suitable for professionals with solid background in industrial construction, inspection, and safety management. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Safety Officers will be responsible for monitoring site safety activities, ensuring compliance with SABIC safety regulations, conducting inspections, identifying hazards, and implementing corrective safety measures. They will also conduct toolbox talks, prepare safety reports, and ensure all site operations are performed in accordance with approved safety procedures. Civil QC personnel will be responsible for inspecting civil construction activities, verifying material quality, checking structural work, and ensuring compliance with engineering drawings and project specifications. Both roles require coordination with site teams, reporting deviations, and maintaining proper documentation to ensure smooth project execution.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must have proven experience in SABIC projects, with at least 4 years of relevant experience for Safety Officer roles. Civil QC candidates must also possess strong SABIC project experience and technical knowledge of civil inspection procedures. Candidates should be familiar with industrial safety standards, quality control systems, site inspection practices, and documentation processes. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, leadership qualities, and the ability to work under pressure in industrial environments are essential.
