Primary Site Responsibilities
Civil Supervisors are generally responsible for overseeing daily civil activities, coordinating workers, monitoring progress, and communicating site requirements to the relevant teams. The role involves maintaining proper workflow, checking that assigned work is carried out according to project instructions, and coordinating with other site personnel when activities overlap. Civil Foremen support the day-to-day execution of civil works by directing workers, distributing tasks, monitoring workmanship, and maintaining productivity at the work front. Experience, Skills and Site Knowledge
Applicants for the Civil Supervisor and Civil Foreman positions should have relevant practical knowledge of civil construction activities and experience working with site teams.
