An urgent manpower requirement has been announced for experienced welding and rigging professionals in Saudi Arabia, with interviews scheduled on 12 and 13 September 2026. The recruitment includes Welder Multi SS, Welder Multi CS, and Rigger 3 (TUV) positions. Five vacancies are available for each category. The offered rate is 38 SAR per hour for Welder Multi SS, 33 SAR per hour for Welder Multi CS, and 15 SAR per hour for Rigger 3 (TUV). The selection process is divided by trade, with welder interviews scheduled for Saturday, 12 September 2026, and Rigger interviews scheduled for Sunday, 13 September 2026. The salary payment period is stated as 2 months and 20 days.

Welding and Rigging Responsibilities

Multi SS Welders are expected to perform welding activities on stainless-steel materials while maintaining proper welding procedures, joint preparation, and finished-work quality. Multi CS Welders handle carbon-steel welding work and should be capable of producing sound welds according to project requirements. Rigger 3 personnel are responsible for supporting lifting and material-handling operations, including preparing loads, selecting suitable rigging equipment, securing materials, and coordinating with lifting teams. The Rigger 3 position specifically requires TUV-related qualification or approval as stated in the recruitment information. All workers should follow established site safety procedures and coordinate effectively with supervisors and other trades.

Technical Skills and Documentation

Candidates should have relevant practical experience in their respective trade and be prepared to demonstrate their competency during the recruitment process. Welders should be familiar with stainless-steel or carbon-steel welding techniques according to their selected category, while Rigger 3 candidates should possess suitable knowledge of safe lifting and rigging practices. The listed documentation includes an Absher Iqama, passport, Muqeem, medical fitness, insurance, and GOSI. Candidates should ensure that their documents are valid, updated, and ready for verification before attending the interview. Rigger applicants should also be prepared to provide the required TUV documentation or credentials.

Industrial Work Environment

Welding and rigging personnel commonly work within industrial construction, maintenance, fabrication, and shutdown environments where coordination between different trades is essential. Welders may work around fabricated steel components, piping, equipment, and designated welding areas, while riggers support lifting activities involving materials, machinery, and structural components. Such work requires compliance with site access controls, personal protective equipment requirements, lifting procedures, and hot-work safety practices. Candidates should be physically prepared for field-based duties and capable of following instructions from supervisors and project safety personnel.
