KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
QC Engineers will be responsible for monitoring and verifying project quality requirements throughout construction, fabrication, installation, and commissioning activities. Duties include reviewing inspection reports, conducting quality audits, witnessing tests, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and coordinating with project teams to resolve quality-related issues. Candidates will also prepare quality documentation, maintain inspection records, and ensure adherence to applicable codes, standards, and client requirements. Maintaining high-quality workmanship and supporting continuous quality improvement initiatives will be essential responsibilities.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
Applicants should possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in quality control within oil & gas, petrochemical, refinery, or industrial construction projects. A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required. Candidates must hold valid QC certifications such as CSWIP, AWS CWI, PCN, or equivalent internationally recognized certifications. Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, inspection methodologies, welding inspection, material inspection, and quality documentation is essential. Previous Aramco or GCC project experience will be considered a significant advantage.
