Firewatch & Rigger III

Azam Al Arab General Contracting Company (AAA) is recruiting experienced manpower for an urgent Yanpet requirement in Saudi Arabia. The opening covers two site-based categories: Firewatch and Rigger III. Both positions require candidates with a minimum of two years of oil and gas experience, reflecting the operational standards normally expected on industrial projects. The assignment is based at Yanpet and is planned for a duration of two to four months, with immediate mobilization following the selection and documentation process. Candidates should be prepared to work within a structured industrial environment where safety compliance, site coordination, and disciplined execution are essential.

Core Responsibilities

Firewatch personnel will be responsible for maintaining continuous observation around designated work areas where hot work or other potentially hazardous activities are taking place. The role requires alert monitoring, communication with work crews, recognition of unsafe conditions, and prompt reporting of hazards according to site procedures. Rigger III personnel will support lifting and material-handling operations by assisting with safe rigging activities, coordinating with lifting teams, checking load-handling arrangements, and maintaining awareness of surrounding site conditions. Both categories are expected to follow applicable industrial safety requirements and cooperate with supervisors during daily site operations.

Required Expertise

For the Firewatch position, candidates must have at least two years of experience in the oil and gas sector and be capable of maintaining effective safety observation throughout assigned duties. Rigger III candidates must likewise possess a minimum of two years of oil and gas experience and have the practical knowledge required for industrial rigging activities. Candidates should have valid and complete documentation, including Iqama, passport, Muqeem, medical fitness, CR, and Agreement Chamber documentation. Ajeer may also be required where applicable. The recruitment information specifically states that the original passport is required for mobilization.

Project & Site Environment

The work location is Yanpet, an established industrial area in Yanbu associated with major petrochemical operations. The assignment involves immediate mobilization, making timely attendance at the scheduled interview particularly important. Selected workers should be prepared for room-to-room industrial employment conditions and must bring a complete set of colour documents and passport when visiting the office. The company has specified that the interview will take place tomorrow morning at 7:30 AM, while successful candidates must provide the original passport for mobilization. These arrangements are intended to support a direct and organized recruitment process.
