Steelfixer, Carpenter & Concrete Mason – Norah Saleh Al-Yami Est
Norah Saleh Al-Yami Establishment (NSA) is urgently hiring skilled civil and structural tradesmen for a long-term project under the Red Sea development in Umluj, Saudi Arabia. Umluj is part of the ambitious Red Sea Project, one of the largest giga-projects currently underway in the Kingdom, offering significant long-term employment for qualified tradesmen.
Both foreman-level and trade-level positions are available across three disciplines, with a combined total of 56 vacancies. Candidates with Kofil Muqeem sponsorship and complete original documents are encouraged to apply immediately as the test is scheduled for tomorrow.
Core Responsibilities
Steelfixer Foremen and Steelfixers are responsible for cutting, bending, and placing reinforcement steel bars in accordance with structural drawings and project specifications. Foremen additionally oversee and coordinate the steelfixing team to ensure work quality and schedule compliance.
Carpenter Foremen and Carpenters handle all formwork construction, including erecting, aligning, and dismantling shuttering systems for concrete structures. Foremen are responsible for supervising the carpentry crew and ensuring formwork meets structural and safety requirements.
Concrete Mason Foremen and Concrete Masons carry out concrete finishing, surface leveling, and quality control of poured concrete elements. The foreman role includes managing the mason team and coordinating with supervisors to meet project milestones.
Required Skills and Experience
Foreman-level candidates must have proven supervisory experience in their respective trades within a construction or infrastructure project environment. Trade-level candidates should have solid hands-on experience in steelfixing, carpentry, or concrete masonry work. All candidates must be available for an immediate trade test and hold Kofil Muqeem sponsorship along with a valid original passport.
