NAWADIS Trading Co. has announced an urgent manpower requirement for a 4-month extendable industrial construction project in Jubail Tasneem, Saudi Arabia. The project involves large-scale piping, fabrication, welding, and safety operations, requiring experienced professionals across supervisory, technical, and skilled labor categories. These roles are essential for ensuring high-quality execution of industrial construction works while maintaining strict safety and operational standards. Key Responsibilities

Construction Managers and Site In-Charge personnel will oversee overall project execution, manage site operations, and ensure coordination between departments. Piping Supervisors and Foremen will supervise piping activities and ensure compliance with technical drawings and project specifications. Fabricators, Fitters, and Welders (4G/6G) will carry out fabrication, fitting, and welding tasks with precision and adherence to quality standards. Riggers (Level II & III) will handle lifting operations safely, while Firewatch and Permit Receivers will ensure compliance with safety and work permit procedures. QA/QC Inspectors will be responsible for maintaining quality standards, conducting inspections, and ensuring project compliance.

Skills and Knowledge

Candidates must have relevant experience in industrial construction, piping, or oil & gas projects. Supervisory staff should possess strong leadership and site coordination skills. Welders must be qualified in 4G or 6G welding techniques, while Fabricators and Fitters should be able to interpret technical drawings and perform accurate fieldwork. Riggers must hold valid certification and experience in lifting operations. QA/QC Inspectors should have strong knowledge of inspection procedures and quality documentation. All applicants must have Ajeer registration as mandatory and should be familiar with safety regulations and industrial standards.
