This hiring is intended for ongoing oil & gas and industrial projects requiring a complete workforce setup, including management, technical supervision, skilled trades, and general labor roles. The recruitment emphasizes experienced candidates capable of working in high-demand project environments with strict safety and quality standards. Candidates must note that individuals with Iqama series number 26 are not eligible for this opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
Project Managers and Project Incharges will oversee overall project execution, coordination, and delivery within defined timelines. Supervisors and Foremen in piping and welding will manage daily site operations, ensure work quality, and supervise labor teams. Safety Officers and Supervisors will enforce HSE regulations, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with safety protocols. Permit Receivers will manage work permits and ensure safe execution of hazardous tasks. Skilled workers such as Fabricators, Welders, Riggers, Electricians, Instrument Technicians, and Operators will carry out technical duties according to project specifications. Support staff including Storekeepers, Timekeepers, Helpers, Fire Watch, Standby Man, and Flagman will assist in site coordination, logistics, and safety monitoring. Scaffolding teams will ensure safe access structures for construction activities.
Skills and Knowledge
Candidates must have relevant experience in industrial, oil & gas, or large-scale construction projects. Supervisory and management roles require strong leadership, planning, and coordination skills. Welders must be qualified in various welding codes such as P5, P11, P221, and special alloy welding. Riggers should be certified across Levels I, II, and III with knowledge of lifting operations. Safety personnel must have strong understanding of HSE standards and site compliance procedures. Operators and technicians must possess valid licenses and technical expertise. All applicants must be able to work under pressure, follow strict safety rules, and adapt to fast-paced project environments. Valid documentation and compliance with company requirements are mandatory.
