In industrial regions such as Eastern Province and Riyadh, welders, fabricators, fitters, scaffolders, and safety teams play a major role in supporting construction, shutdown, and maintenance operations for factories, industrial plants, and infrastructure projects.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Welders are responsible for performing structural and pipe welding according to project specifications and safety standards. Fabricators and fitters handle metal fabrication, assembly, and installation work. Grinding Men prepare and finish metal surfaces for welding and fabrication activities. Manlift Operators safely operate lifting platforms for elevated work tasks. Safety Officers monitor compliance with site safety regulations, while WPR personnel control work permits and ensure safe work execution. Scaffolder Supervisors and Inspectors oversee scaffolding erection, inspection, and compliance with safety standards.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must possess relevant industrial experience in their respective trades. Safety-related positions require strong knowledge of industrial safety procedures and supervision skills. Welders should have experience in 3G and TIG welding processes. Scaffolding personnel should understand inspection and supervision procedures.
