Gulf Bangla Industrial Services is urgently hiring a large number of skilled and semi-skilled workers for a 3-month shutdown project in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. This recruitment includes multiple technical, supervisory, and support roles across piping, fabrication, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, rigging, and safety departments. Shutdown projects require fast mobilization, technical efficiency, and strict adherence to safety standards, making these positions crucial for project completion within the planned duration.

Work Responsibilities and Job Duties
The selected manpower will perform various project-specific responsibilities according to their designated positions. Helpers will support field teams with material handling and general assistance. Pipe Fitters and Pipe Fabricators will install and fabricate piping systems according to project drawings and specifications. Foremen in piping, fabrication, mechanical, and instrumentation will supervise teams, coordinate daily tasks, and ensure work quality.
Welders will carry out multi-process welding tasks, Millwrights will handle machinery maintenance and alignment, and Riggers will support safe lifting operations. Electrical Supervisors, Foremen, and Technicians will manage electrical installations and maintenance activities, while Safety Officers will oversee site safety compliance and ensure safe working conditions. Each role contributes directly to maintaining productivity, safety, and project progress during shutdown operations.
Skills and Professional Requirements
Applicants must have practical industrial experience relevant to the position applied for. Supervisory roles require leadership skills and field coordination experience, while technical roles such as welding, rigging, electrical, and instrumentation require specialized knowledge and practical competence. Rigger III applicants must possess valid TUV certification.
Safety Officers should have experience in industrial safety operations, while all candidates must have valid chamber approval. Applicants should be physically fit, capable of working under shutdown conditions, and ready for immediate mobilization. Original passport submission is mandatory for all selected workers.
