Key Responsibilities
Selected workers will be responsible for performing trade-specific tasks based on their assigned category. Steel Fixers will handle reinforcement works, including cutting, bending, and fixing steel bars according to structural drawings. Helpers will assist skilled workers in daily site activities and material handling.Plumbers will install, repair, and maintain piping systems in residential and industrial environments while ensuring proper fittings and leak-free systems. Welders will perform Multi Welding tasks for both Carbon Steel and Stainless Steel materials, ensuring strong and safe weld joints according to project specifications.All workers must follow safety guidelines, maintain discipline at the worksite, and complete tasks efficiently under supervisor instructions.
Skills and Knowledge
Applicants should have relevant experience in construction, plumbing, or welding fields depending on their trade category. Welders must have practical knowledge of CS and SS welding techniques, while plumbers must understand piping systems and installation procedures.Steel Fixers should be familiar with structural drawings and reinforcement techniques, and Helpers must be physically fit and capable of supporting site operations effectively.All candidates must be able to work in a team, follow instructions, and maintain safety standards at all times. Prior Gulf experience will be considered an advantage.
