Key Responsibilities
Selected Foremen will be responsible for supervising site activities, managing workforce distribution, ensuring quality control, and maintaining daily construction progress as per project requirements. They will coordinate between engineers, workers, and management teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks.Skilled Steel Fixers, Carpenters, and Concrete Masons will be responsible for performing structural and finishing works including reinforcement installation, shuttering, concrete finishing, and construction alignment. All workers must follow site instructions, maintain safety compliance, and ensure high-quality workmanship throughout the project duration.The workforce is expected to follow strict site discipline, complete tasks within deadlines, and support foremen in achieving project targets efficiently.
Skills and Knowledge
Applicants must have relevant experience in construction roles such as steel fixing, carpentry, or masonry work. Foreman candidates should have strong leadership skills and proven experience in managing construction teams on large industrial or infrastructure projects.Workers must understand construction drawings, safety procedures, and material handling techniques. Practical experience in GCC construction environments will be an advantage.All candidates must be physically fit, disciplined, and capable of working in demanding site conditions while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
