Carpenters handle woodwork, formwork, and structural support tasks required during construction. Both roles contribute directly to site safety, productivity, and quality of construction. Without proper scaffolding and carpentry work, project progress can slow down and safety risks can increase significantly.

Core Duties and Responsibilities

Scaffolders will be responsible for erecting, adjusting, and dismantling scaffolding structures according to safety standards. They must ensure stability, proper alignment, and safe access for workers at different heights. Carpenters will perform tasks such as cutting, shaping, and assembling wooden structures, including formwork and support systems used in construction. Both roles require following site instructions, maintaining safety standards, and completing tasks efficiently. Skills and Professional Requirements
