This opportunity is ideal for experienced welders who are skilled in multiple welding techniques and ready to work in industrial environments. The project offers company-provided food, accommodation, and transport, with a payment cycle based on invoice within 45 days. Candidates must visit the office directly with original documents, as no calls will be entertained for initial processing.

Role Description & Industry Importance

Welding Technicians are essential in construction and industrial sectors where strong and reliable metal joints are required. Their work ensures structural integrity in pipelines, steel frameworks, and fabrication systems. In industries such as oil & gas and heavy construction, high-quality welding is critical to avoid failures, leaks, or safety hazards. Skilled welders contribute directly to project efficiency, durability, and compliance with international standards, making them one of the most important roles in technical operations.

Core Duties and Responsibilities

Selected candidates will perform welding tasks using techniques such as 3G, 4G, and 6G based on project requirements. They must read and interpret technical drawings, prepare materials, and ensure proper alignment before welding. Welders are responsible for producing strong, defect-free joints and inspecting completed work for quality assurance. Repairing welding defects, maintaining tools and equipment, and following safety procedures are key parts of the role. Candidates must also follow supervisor instructions and complete assigned tasks within project deadlines.

Skills and Professional Requirements

Applicants must have strong hands-on experience in welding processes including arc welding, gas welding, and multi-position welding. The ability to read technical drawings and understand welding symbols is mandatory. Experience in industrial or construction environments is highly preferred. Candidates should be physically fit and capable of working in demanding site conditions. Required documents include valid Iqama, welding card, CV, and normal documents. Original passport submission is mandatory for processing.
