This hiring is focused on filling essential site support and construction roles required for ongoing project activities.

Core Duties and Responsibilities

Bus Drivers will be responsible for transporting workers safely between accommodation and project sites while following all traffic and company regulations. They must ensure vehicle cleanliness, perform basic checks, and maintain punctual schedules. Scaffolders will assemble and dismantle scaffolding structures according to site requirements and safety standards. They must ensure proper installation, stability, and safe working conditions at height. All workers are required to follow supervisor instructions, maintain discipline, and strictly adhere to safety protocols at all times.

Skills and Professional Requirements

Applicants for Bus Driver must have a valid driving license and an iqama profession matching the driving role as per company requirements. Scaffolders must have valid TUV certification and experience in scaffold assembly and dismantling. Candidates should be physically fit, responsible, and capable of working in industrial environments. Knowledge of safety procedures is mandatory for both roles. Applicants must also meet document requirements including Ajeer (3-month validity), Muqeem, medical fitness, and other official papers for eligibility.
