Role Description & Industry Importance
Welders, Pipe Fitters, and Helpers are essential members of industrial construction and maintenance projects. Welders are responsible for joining metal components using approved welding techniques to ensure structural strength and quality standards. Pipe Fitters handle installation, alignment, and assembly of piping systems required for industrial operations. Helpers support skilled workers in daily activities, material handling, and site preparation tasks to ensure smooth workflow on-site. These positions are highly important in oil & gas, construction, and industrial environments where teamwork, safety, and precision directly impact project success and operational efficiency.
Core Duties and Responsibilities
Welders will perform 4G welding activities according to project specifications and quality requirements. They must prepare welding equipment, inspect materials, and ensure proper welding standards are maintained during all operations. Pipe Fitters will be responsible for reading drawings, fitting pipes, assembling piping systems, and assisting in installation activities on-site. Helpers will support technicians and skilled workers with material movement, cleaning work areas, and assisting with daily operational tasks. Skills and Professional Requirements
