Work Scope and Key Duties
The selected Rigger II will be responsible for assisting with lifting, moving, and positioning heavy materials and equipment in accordance with site requirements and safety procedures. Duties include preparing lifting gear, inspecting rigging tools before use, supporting crane operations, and ensuring that all loads are secured properly during movement.
The role also requires close coordination with supervisors, crane operators, and site safety teams to ensure that lifting activities are carried out without risk. Riggers must follow approved lifting plans, maintain awareness of site hazards, and ensure all rigging tasks comply with industrial safety standards.
Skills, Experience, and Requirements
Applicants must have relevant rigging experience in industrial, construction, or oil and gas project environments. A valid TUV Rigger II certification is mandatory for this vacancy.
Candidates should possess strong knowledge of lifting equipment, safe rigging methods, and site safety procedures.
