Role Description & Industry Importance
Scaffolding Foremen are responsible for supervising scaffold erection, dismantling, and inspection activities at industrial and construction project sites. Their role is critical in ensuring that scaffolding structures are safe, stable, and compliant with industrial safety regulations. They coordinate scaffold teams, monitor work quality, and ensure workers follow approved safety procedures during elevated work operations.
Core Duties and Responsibilities
The Scaffolding Foreman will supervise scaffold installation and dismantling activities according to project specifications and safety standards. Responsibilities include coordinating scaffold crews, inspecting scaffold materials and structures, ensuring proper use of safety equipment, and maintaining compliance with project and industrial safety requirements. The role also involves communicating with supervisors and project teams to ensure scaffolding support is available for ongoing site activities.
Skills and Professional Requirements
Applicants must possess original TUV certification and relevant scaffolding experience in industrial projects. Aramco project experience is preferred.
