Role Description & Industry Importance

Mechanical Foremen supervise mechanical work teams and ensure maintenance and installation activities are completed safely and efficiently according to project schedules. Millwright Technicians are responsible for installation, alignment, maintenance, and repair of rotating machinery and heavy industrial equipment. Electrical Technicians handle electrical systems, troubleshooting, and maintenance of industrial equipment and power systems. Instrument Technicians maintain and calibrate industrial instrumentation systems used for process control and monitoring. Electrical Supervisors oversee electrical operations, coordinate teams, and ensure compliance with industrial safety and technical standards. These positions are essential for maintaining operational reliability, safety, and productivity in industrial facilities.

Core Duties and Responsibilities

Mechanical Foremen will supervise site manpower, coordinate work execution, and ensure mechanical activities are completed according to project standards. Millwright Technicians will install, maintain, and repair rotating equipment while ensuring alignment and operational efficiency. Electrical Technicians will troubleshoot, install, and maintain electrical systems and equipment. Instrument Technicians will calibrate, inspect, and maintain instrumentation systems for industrial processes.
