Key Duties and Job Responsibilities
Selected candidates will perform duties according to their respective job categories. Work Permit Receivers (WPR) will manage and coordinate permit systems for safe work execution. Supervisors and Foremen will oversee daily operations, workforce management, and quality control activities. Safety Officers will monitor compliance with safety regulations and conduct site inspections. Electrical and Mechanical Technicians will perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment repairs. Scaffolders and Riggers will support safe access and lifting operations, while Welders will carry out welding activities according to project standards. Helpers, Masons, Steel Fixers, Fire Watchers, and Hole Watch personnel will support construction and operational activities while ensuring workplace safety and productivity.
Required Skills and Technical Expertise
Applicants should possess relevant experience and certifications according to their job category. Supervisory positions require leadership skills and proven industrial experience. Scaffolders and Riggers must hold valid TUV certification where specified. Welders must possess a valid Running Card. Safety Officers should have safety-related qualifications and industrial experience. Candidates must provide a Chamber Certificate, valid Iqama where applicable, updated CV for technical and supervisory roles, and all supporting documents required for verification. Strong communication skills, teamwork, and adherence to safety standards are essential for all positions.
