Advance Power Company is urgently recruiting skilled and supervisory workers for a long-term offshore industrial project. The available positions include Fabricator Foreman, Structural Foreman, Structural Fitter, and Pipe Fabricator. These roles are essential in offshore construction environments where precision, safety, and technical expertise are critical. Workers will be involved in fabrication, installation, assembly, and structural alignment activities on offshore platforms, ensuring that all work meets engineering specifications and strict safety standards.
Key Duties and Job Responsibilities
The Fabricator Foreman is responsible for supervising fabrication activities, including cutting, assembling, and preparing metal structures according to project drawings. The Structural Foreman oversees structural installation work, ensuring proper alignment and safe execution of offshore construction tasks. Structural Fitters are responsible for fitting and assembling steel structures, ensuring accuracy and stability during installation. Pipe Fabricators handle the preparation, cutting, and assembly of piping systems used in offshore operations. All roles require coordination with engineers, adherence to safety protocols, and maintaining high-quality workmanship in a challenging offshore environment.
Required Skills and Technical Expertise
Candidates should have strong experience in offshore or industrial construction projects. Fabricator and Structural Foremen must have leadership skills and the ability to manage teams under high-pressure working conditions. Structural Fitters and Pipe Fabricators must be skilled in reading technical drawings, using fabrication tools, and ensuring precise alignment and fitting of components. A valid Vendor Code is mandatory for all applicants. Candidates must be physically fit, disciplined, and capable of working in offshore environments with strict safety requirements. Prior Gulf or offshore experience will be considered a strong advantage.
