IIC LTD is urgently hiring skilled plumbers for an immediate construction project in Jeddah. This short-term opportunity is ideal for experienced workers in plumbing and pipe installation who can handle site-based construction tasks efficiently. The plumber plays a vital role in ensuring proper installation, maintenance, and repair of water supply systems, drainage lines, and piping networks in residential and commercial construction environments. This position requires technical accuracy, problem-solving ability, and strong understanding of plumbing systems used in modern construction projects.
Key Duties and Job Responsibilities
The plumber will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, drainage systems, and water supply lines. Daily tasks include reading construction drawings, measuring and cutting pipes, assembling plumbing systems, and ensuring leak-free installations. The plumber must also troubleshoot faults, replace damaged components, and carry out routine maintenance work as required. In addition, workers are expected to follow safety procedures, coordinate with site supervisors, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
Required Skills and Technical Expertise
Candidates should have prior experience in plumbing work within construction or maintenance projects. Knowledge of pipe fitting, water distribution systems, drainage layouts, and plumbing tools is essential. Applicants must be physically fit and capable of working in demanding site conditions.
