AZAM AL ARAB General Contracting Est. (AAA) has announced an urgent walk-in hiring opportunity for short-term industrial project roles in Jubail. The available positions include Standby Man and Rigger Level 3, both of which are essential for maintaining safety and supporting lifting operations in construction and industrial environments. These roles are crucial in ensuring hazard-free execution of site activities, especially during high-risk operations involving heavy equipment and rigging tasks. This is a 2–3 month project with immediate mobilization through a walk-in interview process.

Key Responsibilities

Standby Men will be responsible for monitoring high-risk work areas, ensuring safety compliance during hazardous operations, and providing immediate response in case of emergencies. Rigger Level 3 personnel will handle lifting and rigging operations, ensuring proper use of lifting equipment, safe load handling, and coordination with crane operators and site supervisors. Both roles require strict adherence to safety protocols and constant awareness of site conditions to prevent accidents and ensure smooth project execution.

Skills and Knowledge

Candidates must have relevant experience in industrial construction or rigging operations. Riggers should have strong knowledge of lifting procedures, equipment handling, and safety practices. Standby Men must be alert, physically fit, and capable of monitoring high-risk environments effectively. Applicants must hold valid documentation including Iqama, passport, medical fitness certificate, insurance, CR copy, and online Chamber registration. Strong discipline, teamwork, and the ability to work under pressure in hazardous environments are essential for both positions.
