ROLE OVERVIEW AND INDUSTRY IMPORTANCE

These positions support critical offshore and industrial construction activities in oil, gas, and marine environments. In industrial zones such as Ras Al Khair, these roles are essential for ensuring safe fabrication, installation, welding integrity, and structural development. Supervisors and engineers manage execution quality, while skilled workers carry out technical offshore construction tasks under strict safety and engineering standards.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Field Engineers and Hook-Up Superintendents manage project execution, coordination, and technical supervision of offshore activities. Fabrication, welding, and rigging supervisors ensure workforce control, safety compliance, and quality execution of structural and piping work. Fabricators, fitters, welders, scaffolders, and riggers perform hands-on industrial tasks including assembly, welding, lifting, and installation. Storekeepers and mechanics support material control and equipment maintenance. Fire watchers ensure safety compliance during hot work operations. All personnel must strictly follow offshore safety procedures and project instructions.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must have prior offshore and Aramco field experience with valid certifications such as OGUK, BOSIET, and H2S. Medical fitness approval is mandatory along with valid Iqama, passport, and Absher documentation. Training certificates must have at least 6 months validity. Candidates must submit documents in color copies and provide detailed CVs in Excel format. Strong technical skills, safety awareness, and experience in offshore industrial environments are required for all roles.
