Role Overview and Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for implementing project safety programs, conducting workplace inspections, monitoring compliance with safety regulations, and promoting a strong safety culture across project sites. Daily duties include performing risk assessments, investigating incidents, conducting toolbox meetings, preparing safety reports, monitoring contractor activities, and ensuring that all operations are carried out according to approved health, safety, and environmental standards. Required Skills, Experience and Professional Qualifications
Applicants must possess strong safety management experience within large-scale construction or industrial projects. All candidates are required to hold a valid NEBOSH Certification and possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering. Safety Supervisor candidates must have a minimum of 7 years of overall experience, including at least 5 years in wind power projects. Safety Officer candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of overall experience, including at least 3 years of wind power project experience, particularly during the construction phase. Strong leadership, communication, risk assessment, and incident prevention skills are essential for both positions.
