Key Responsibilities
Safety Officers are responsible for monitoring all site activities to ensure compliance with company safety policies, Aramco standards, and government regulations. Daily duties include conducting workplace inspections, identifying potential hazards, preparing risk assessments, organizing toolbox meetings, maintaining safety records, investigating incidents, and ensuring workers use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). They coordinate closely with project managers, supervisors, and engineers to implement corrective actions whenever unsafe conditions are identified. Safety Officers also educate employees on emergency response procedures, environmental protection measures, and accident prevention techniques. Maintaining a proactive approach to health and safety is essential for minimizing risks and ensuring uninterrupted project operations.
Skills, Experience, and Qualifications
