Key Responsibilities
Each job category has specific responsibilities that support the successful completion of the project. Scaffolders are responsible for erecting, modifying, inspecting, and dismantling scaffolding structures while ensuring compliance with safety standards. Structure Fabricators prepare, cut, fit, and assemble structural steel according to engineering drawings and project specifications. Steel Erectors install fabricated steel structures, align components accurately, and assist in lifting and positioning heavy materials during construction. Fire Watch personnel monitor hot work operations such as welding and grinding, identify fire hazards, ensure fire extinguishing equipment is available, and respond immediately to any unsafe conditions. All employees must follow project safety procedures, wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and work effectively as part of a disciplined team.
Skills, Experience, and Qualifications
Applicants should have relevant industrial or construction experience in their respective trades. A valid Vendor Code is mandatory for all listed positions.
