Helper (11 Saudi Riyals per Hour)

MEGA DOT is currently hiring Helpers for a long-term Room-to-Room Duty project in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. Candidates must have basic English communication skills and possess all the required employment documents before applying.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

The selected Helpers will assist supervisors and skilled workers with loading and unloading materials, transporting tools and equipment, maintaining a clean worksite, and performing general labor duties as assigned. They will also help organize materials, support daily site operations, follow workplace safety procedures, and complete assigned tasks efficiently. Candidates must be willing to work in different areas of the project while maintaining discipline, teamwork, and productivity throughout the assignment.

Required Skills, Experience and Professional Knowledge

Applicants should have previous experience as a Helper in construction or industrial projects. Basic English communication is mandatory to understand instructions and coordinate effectively with supervisors and coworkers. Candidates should be physically fit, hardworking, reliable, and able to work under pressure. They must also possess valid employment documents, including Iqama, Original Passport, Visa, Insurance, Medical Certificate, Muqeem, and CR. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to workplace safety are essential for this role.
