QA/QC, Safety & Industrial Support Staff

ELLORA CONTRACTING CO. LTD. has announced a very urgent recruitment drive for multiple QA/QC, safety, rigging, and industrial support positions for an ongoing project in Jubail. These positions are for a 6-month extendable project at SASREF, targeting experienced professionals from the Eastern Province region. The available roles are essential to support industrial maintenance, operational safety, documentation control, and project supervision in the oil and gas sector. Candidates with relevant project approvals and Saudi Arabia industrial experience will have strong opportunities for immediate mobilization.

Key Responsibilities

The QA/QC Lead will supervise quality assurance and quality control activities, ensuring project work meets client and industry standards. Permit Receivers will manage work authorization procedures and ensure that all field operations are properly permitted before execution. Standby Men will monitor active work areas and provide immediate support during operational activities. Safety Officers will oversee compliance with health and safety procedures, identify risks, and enforce HSE regulations on-site. Rigger 1 TUV personnel will handle lifting operations safely according to approved rigging practices. Scaffolding Supervisors will oversee scaffold erection and ensure structural safety compliance. Document Controllers will manage project documentation, maintain records, and coordinate document flow according to project requirements. Each role contributes directly to safe and efficient project operations.

Skills and Knowledge

Candidates must have relevant industrial experience in oil and gas projects within Saudi Arabia. The QA/QC Lead and Document Controller positions require a minimum of 5 years of KSA oil & gas experience. Permit Receivers, Standby Men, and Safety Officers must possess a valid SASREF Approval Card, while Rigger 1 candidates need TUV certification with at least 3 years of KSA experience. Scaffolding Supervisors must be Aramco approved. Applicants should have strong understanding of industrial safety procedures, project compliance standards, and operational coordination within refinery or petrochemical environments. Preference will be given to candidates who already hold SASREF approvals.
