Key Responsibilities of the Position
Selected Rigger Level II personnel will be responsible for carrying out safe lifting and rigging operations in accordance with approved industrial procedures and workplace safety standards. Daily responsibilities include inspecting lifting equipment before use, selecting suitable rigging gear, attaching and securing loads correctly, communicating with crane operators using standard hand signals, monitoring lifting operations, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Rigging personnel will also identify potential hazards, maintain rigging equipment, and work closely with supervisors to ensure all lifting activities are completed safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements.
Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
Applicants should have previous experience as a Rigger Level II in industrial construction projects and possess a thorough understanding of lifting operations, rigging techniques, and workplace safety procedures. A valid Original TUV Certificate is mandatory for this position. Candidates must also have a valid Iqama, Passport, Muqeem, Insurance, Medical Fitness Certificate, and an updated CV. Practical rigging experience is mandatory, along with strong communication skills, teamwork, physical fitness, and the ability to perform safely under demanding site conditions. As specified by the employer, only Bangladeshi and Indian candidates are eligible to apply.
