Key Responsibilities of the Position

Selected Scaffolders will be responsible for erecting, modifying, inspecting, and dismantling scaffolding systems in accordance with approved engineering standards and workplace safety regulations. Daily responsibilities include assembling scaffolding components, ensuring structures are secure and stable, conducting routine safety inspections, identifying potential hazards, and maintaining safe access for workers performing construction and maintenance activities. Scaffolders will also work closely with supervisors and project teams to ensure scaffolding installations meet project specifications and support safe project execution.

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

Applicants should have relevant experience as a Scaffolder on industrial or construction projects. Candidates must possess practical knowledge of scaffolding systems, safe erection procedures, and workplace safety standards. An Original Passport is mandatory for this recruitment. Applicants must also provide a valid Absher Iqama, Muqeem with at least 3 months validity, Body Fitness Certificate, Insurance, GOSI, CR Copy, and Passport Copy. Strong physical fitness, teamwork, communication skills, and commitment to safety are essential for successful candidates.
