Core Responsibilities

Civil Foremen are responsible for supervising daily site activities, coordinating workers, and ensuring construction work is completed according to drawings and project schedules. Iron Workers, Carpenters, and Masons handle structural and finishing activities on-site. Welders perform fabrication and welding tasks following project quality standards. Electricians manage electrical installation and maintenance work, while Scaffolders and Riggers support safe lifting and height-related operations. Crane Operators handle heavy equipment operations safely, and Helpers assist skilled workers with general labor duties and material handling.

Required Skills and Experience

Applicants should have relevant experience in their respective trades, preferably in industrial or construction projects within Saudi Arabia or Gulf countries. TUV certification is mandatory for Scaffolders and Riggers, while Crane Operators should have proper operating experience and licenses. Candidates must understand safety procedures, follow supervisor instructions, and work efficiently in team environments. Physical fitness, discipline, and valid documentation are essential requirements for all categories.
