Skills Association Contracting Est. is urgently hiring qualified candidates for a long-term industrial project in Jafurah, Saudi Arabia. Immediate vacancies are available for Flagman, Firewatch, and Rigger Helper positions, with direct mobilization scheduled for tomorrow. The employer is seeking dedicated individuals who are ready to join immediately and work in a professional industrial environment. Food, Accommodation, and Transportation (FAT) will be provided by the client. As specified by the employer, these vacancies are open to Bangladeshi, Indian, and Nepali nationals.

Key Responsibilities and Work Scope

The Flagman will be responsible for directing vehicle and equipment movement, maintaining traffic safety within the worksite, and ensuring safe communication between operators and ground personnel. The Firewatch will monitor hot work activities, identify fire hazards, maintain firefighting equipment readiness, and respond promptly to emergency situations while ensuring compliance with safety procedures. The Rigger Helper will assist rigging teams by preparing lifting equipment, organizing materials, supporting rigging operations, and maintaining a safe and clean work area. All selected candidates must follow company safety regulations and cooperate effectively with supervisors and project personnel.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

Applicants should have relevant experience in their respective roles and demonstrate a strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork. Flagman and Firewatch candidates must possess a valid TUV Certificate, which is mandatory for these positions. Candidates should be physically fit, disciplined, and capable of working efficiently in industrial environments.
