Key Responsibilities and Work Scope
The E&I Foreman and E&I Supervisor will oversee electrical and instrumentation activities, supervise work crews, and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations. The Structure Foreman will manage structural construction activities and coordinate daily site operations. Millwrights and Millwright Foremen will install, maintain, inspect, and repair industrial machinery while ensuring equipment operates efficiently. Manlift Operators will safely operate elevated work platforms to support project activities, while Fabricators will manufacture and assemble metal components according to engineering drawings. Helpers will assist skilled workers with material handling, housekeeping, and general site support while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
Applicants should have relevant experience in their respective trades and possess strong technical knowledge related to industrial construction projects. Supervisory positions require leadership abilities, communication skills, and previous experience managing field teams. Manlift Operators must possess a Valid Bureau Veritas TUV Certificate, which is mandatory for the role. Candidates should demonstrate a strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards. All applicants must present Original and Colour Copies of their required employment documents, including Iqama, Passport, Muqeem, Medical Report, Insurance, and GOSI.
