Key Responsibilities and Work Scope
Successful candidates will perform duties according to their respective roles while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and within schedule. Project Managers and Technical Managers will oversee overall project execution, resource management, budgeting, and coordination with stakeholders. The CM/Architect, Site Engineers, and Foremen will supervise construction activities, monitor workmanship, and ensure compliance with engineering drawings and quality standards. HSE Officers will implement health and safety procedures across the project. Planners will develop and monitor project schedules, while Procurement & Logistics Officers will coordinate purchasing, material delivery, and supply chain activities. Document Controllers will maintain project documentation, and Land Surveyors will perform site measurements, layouts, and surveying operations.
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
Applicants should possess relevant educational qualifications and significant experience in their respective disciplines. Project Managers and Technical Managers must have a minimum of 15 years of professional experience, while the CM/Architect position requires at least 10 years of experience. The HSE Officer must be proficient in the Arabic language. Candidates should demonstrate strong leadership, technical expertise, communication skills, and the ability to work effectively on large-scale construction projects. Professionals with proven experience in villa developments or similar residential projects will have an advantage during the selection process.
