A leading contractor is urgently recruiting Aramco Approved Safety Officers for the Hyundai Jafurah Project in Saudi Arabia. Role Overview and Industry Significance
The Aramco Approved Safety Officer is responsible for ensuring that all project activities comply with Aramco health, safety, and environmental regulations. The role involves monitoring work areas, identifying hazards, conducting safety inspections, delivering toolbox talks, investigating incidents, and ensuring that all employees follow approved safety procedures. Safety Officers play a vital role in preventing workplace accidents, protecting personnel and equipment, and maintaining compliance with client requirements. Their expertise contributes significantly to the successful completion of industrial and oil & gas projects while promoting a strong safety culture.
Key Responsibilities, Skills, and Professional Requirements
The selected candidates will conduct routine site inspections, monitor compliance with HSE procedures, issue safety observations, coordinate with supervisors, maintain safety records, and support emergency response activities whenever required. Applicants must hold a valid Aramco Approved Certificate and possess both Hyundai Jafurah ID and Samsung ID, as these are mandatory requirements. Strong communication skills, knowledge of industrial safety regulations, hazard identification, risk assessment, and previous oil & gas project experience are highly desirable.
