Role Overview and Industry Importance
Drivers, equipment operators, safety officers, and riggers are essential to the success of industrial and construction projects. Trailer Drivers, Light Duty Drivers, and Bus Drivers ensure the safe transportation of personnel, equipment, and materials. Boom Truck Operators are responsible for lifting and moving heavy loads with precision, while Safety Officers maintain compliance with workplace safety regulations and help prevent accidents. Rigger Level III professionals perform complex lifting operations, ensuring that heavy equipment and materials are moved safely and efficiently. Together, these professionals contribute to smooth project execution while maintaining high standards of productivity and safety.
Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will perform duties according to their respective positions while following company procedures and safety regulations. Drivers will transport workers and materials safely, inspect their vehicles before operation, and maintain accurate driving records. Boom Truck Operators will operate lifting equipment, conduct routine equipment inspections, and perform safe lifting activities according to project requirements. Safety Officers will carry out workplace inspections, identify hazards, enforce safety policies, conduct toolbox meetings, and promote a strong safety culture. Rigger Level III personnel will plan and execute lifting operations, inspect lifting gear, coordinate with crane operators, and ensure compliance with approved lifting procedures. Every employee is expected to work professionally, maintain equipment, and support safe and efficient project operations.
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
Applicants should have relevant experience in industrial, construction, refinery, or infrastructure projects. Drivers must possess appropriate driving skills and experience operating their respective vehicles. Boom Truck Operators should have practical experience with heavy lifting equipment and load-handling procedures. Safety Officers should be knowledgeable in industrial safety standards, hazard identification, and emergency response procedures. Rigger Level III candidates should have strong knowledge of rigging techniques, lifting plans, and safe material handling practices.
