Role Overview and Industry Importance
These positions are essential for maintaining safety, quality, and operational efficiency on industrial, petrochemical, and oil & gas projects. Work Permit Receivers (WPR) ensure all work is properly authorized before execution. Fire Watch personnel monitor hot work activities and respond to fire hazards. Coaster Drivers safely transport employees to and from project locations. S1 Scaffolding Supervisors oversee scaffolding activities to ensure compliance with Aramco standards. Telecommunication QC Inspectors verify the quality of communication system installations, while Piping QC Inspectors ensure piping construction complies with engineering drawings, project specifications, and Aramco quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will perform responsibilities according to their respective positions. WPRs will manage permit-to-work documentation and verify worksite safety before operations begin. Fire Watch personnel will monitor welding and hot work activities, maintain fire prevention equipment, and respond to emergencies. Coaster Drivers will transport personnel safely while following Saudi traffic regulations. S1 Scaffolding Supervisors will supervise scaffolding erection, modification, inspection, and dismantling activities. Telecommunication QC Inspectors will inspect communication installations, prepare quality reports, and ensure compliance with client standards. Piping QC Inspectors will perform inspections, review quality documentation, witness testing activities, and verify that piping installations meet Aramco and project specifications.
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
Applicants should have relevant experience in industrial construction, refinery, petrochemical, or oil & gas projects. Candidates applying for WPR and Fire Watch positions must possess Sipchem Authorization and a valid Ajeer registration. The S1 Scaffolding Supervisor position requires Aramco Approval, while the Telecommunication QC role requires both Aramco Approval and CBT Certification. Piping QC Inspectors must have valid Aramco Approval. All applicants should demonstrate excellent technical knowledge, communication skills, teamwork, and a strong commitment to workplace safety and quality.
