3G and 4G Welders play a critical role in industrial construction, refinery, petrochemical, and oil & gas projects. They are responsible for producing high-quality structural and piping welds that meet international standards and project specifications. Skilled welders help ensure the structural integrity, reliability, and safety of industrial facilities, making them indispensable to large-scale construction and maintenance projects.

Key Responsibilities

Selected candidates will perform welding on structural steel, piping, and industrial components using approved welding procedures. Responsibilities include reading engineering drawings, preparing materials, performing 3G and 4G welding, inspecting weld quality, maintaining welding equipment, and following welding procedure specifications (WPS). Welders must comply with safety regulations, wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), maintain high-quality workmanship, and successfully complete the client’s welding test before deployment.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

Applicants should have proven experience as 3G & 4G Welders in refinery, petrochemical, industrial, or oil & gas projects. A valid Online Welding Card and Vendor Code are mandatory.
