Key Responsibilities
The selected Scaffolder will be responsible for safely erecting, modifying, and dismantling scaffolding structures according to approved engineering drawings and company procedures. Daily responsibilities include inspecting scaffolding materials before use, ensuring platforms, guardrails, ladders, and access points meet safety standards, and working closely with supervisors and other construction personnel. The successful candidate must follow all health, safety, and environmental regulations while maintaining a clean and organized work area. Reporting damaged materials, participating in toolbox meetings, using proper personal protective equipment, and supporting safe work practices are also important parts of the role. Maintaining high-quality workmanship and completing assigned tasks efficiently will contribute to the successful completion of the project.
Skills and Knowledge
Applicants should have previous experience working as a Scaffolder on industrial, refinery, petrochemical, or construction projects.
