MCC Gen Cont is currently offering urgent long-term employment opportunities for qualified candidates to work on the Marjan–Saipem Project in Saudi Arabia. This project provides stable employment for experienced workers who meet the required documentation standards and are ready for immediate mobilization.
Key Responsibilities
Selected employees will perform duties according to project specifications, engineering drawings, and company safety regulations. Insulators will install thermal insulation materials on pipes, tanks, and equipment to minimize heat transfer and improve energy efficiency. Cladders will fabricate and install aluminum or stainless-steel cladding to protect insulation systems from weather and mechanical damage. Brush Painters and Spray Painters will prepare surfaces, apply protective coatings, and maintain high-quality finishing standards on industrial equipment and structures. Sand Blasters will clean metal surfaces using abrasive blasting techniques to remove rust, old paint, and contaminants before coating applications. All workers must use approved personal protective equipment, inspect tools before use, maintain clean work areas, and comply with all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations throughout the project.
Skills and Knowledge
Applicants should have previous experience in industrial painting, insulation, cladding, or surface preparation on refinery, petrochemical, or oil and gas projects. Candidates for painting and sandblasting positions should preferably have experience with JCC vendor projects. A strong understanding of industrial safety procedures, quality standards, and proper equipment handling is essential. Applicants must possess normal project documents, Chamber Registration, color copies of all required documents, and an original passport. Employers seek individuals who are physically fit, safety-conscious, dependable, and capable of working efficiently under site conditions while maintaining high-quality workmanship and productivity throughout the project.
