Role Overview and Industry Importance

These positions are essential for supporting construction, maintenance, commissioning, and plant operations in the oil & gas and petrochemical industries. Electrical and Instrument personnel ensure the installation and maintenance of electrical systems and instrumentation, while Mechanical Fitters and Millwright Technicians maintain rotating and static equipment. Scaffolders provide safe access for maintenance and construction activities, and Foremen supervise work teams to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to client specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Selected candidates will perform duties according to their respective trades while complying with company quality and HSE standards. Responsibilities include equipment installation, maintenance, cable termination, instrument calibration support, mechanical assembly, scaffolding work, preventive maintenance, reading technical drawings, supervising work crews, and maintaining productivity. All employees are expected to follow industrial safety procedures and deliver quality workmanship throughout the project.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

Applicants should have relevant experience in their respective fields on refinery, petrochemical, or industrial projects. Candidates applying for the Scaffolder position must possess a valid TUV Card. Foreman positions require previous supervisory experience, while technicians and fitters should have practical knowledge of industrial maintenance and installation activities. All candidates must bring their original passport and valid employment documents to the office.
