This urgent recruitment drive is for multiple skilled and supervisory positions in Jubail, Saudi Arabia, for a 4-month industrial project. The hiring covers mechanical, fabrication, welding, machining, and fitting disciplines, requiring experienced manpower capable of handling large-scale industrial operations. These roles are essential for supporting construction, maintenance, and fabrication activities in a structured industrial environment.
The project offers client-provided food (FAT) and is suitable for professionals with prior experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, or heavy industrial sectors. Immediate document verification and shortlisting will be conducted due to the urgent nature of the requirement.
Work Responsibilities and Job Duties
Mechanical Supervisors will be responsible for overseeing site operations, managing teams, and ensuring all mechanical works are executed according to project specifications and safety standards. Fabrication Supervisors will handle coordination of fabrication activities, monitor productivity, and ensure quality compliance.
Mechanical Fitters will perform installation, alignment, and maintenance of mechanical systems. Welders (CS/SS Multi) will carry out welding tasks on carbon steel and stainless steel materials as per project requirements. Pipe Fabricators will be responsible for cutting, fitting, and assembling piping systems, while Machinists will operate machinery to produce precision components. Milling machine operators will handle machining tasks as per technical drawings.
All workers are expected to follow strict safety procedures, maintain discipline on site, and ensure quality execution of assigned tasks under supervisor guidance.
Skills and Professional Requirements
Applicants must have relevant industrial experience in mechanical, fabrication, welding, or machining fields depending on the position applied for. Supervisors should have strong leadership and project coordination skills, along with hands-on industry experience.
Welders must be skilled in CS/SS welding techniques, while fabricators and fitters must understand technical drawings and assembly procedures. Machinists and milling operators should have knowledge of precision machining equipment and operations.
